McMillan and Associates specializes in management and performance improvement. Established in 1983, we’ve dedicated nearly 22 years of continuous service to our mission and goals.

The firm provides a variety of consultant initiatives for our vast client base. These services address internal as well as external concerns.

Although based in Savannah, Georgia, McMillan and Associates provides consultant assistance without regard to geography. We’ve assisted clients in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Washington, D.C. as well as other cities in Georgia.

McMillan and Associates is a mission-driven consultant firm providing an array of services to private, governmental, educational and corporate entities. Among our numerous past and present clients are colleges and universities, federal government agencies, city and county governmental entities, Chapter 13 Trustee offices, and private service organizations.
